Sea Empire is available in two versions. The free version contains ads and offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full version and removes the ads. The paid Sea Empire (AdFree) has everything unlocked, no ads and no in-app purchases. The in-app purchase in the free version unlocks the full version, which is functionally identical to the paid Sea Empire (AdFree) and is offered at the same price. Buying either option supports development of the game.

The goal
Get economic superiority over your opponents and build fortresses over the archipelagos.
Types of game
You can play single maps, a randomly generated map or the campaign. To win each type of game you have to complete objectives (press the phone button MENU and choose “objectives”). Most often the objective is to build some number of fortresses within a given number of days. There are three difficulty levels.
Islands and resources
To build fortresses on islands, you need enough resources (wood, stone, iron ore, steel and money). The amount of your resources is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Wood, stone and iron ore can be mined on islands. To produce steel you need to build a foundry on your island. Gold can be obtained by selling other resources. If you play the campaign, you can get gold in pirate chases. To mine regular resources, select the ship and then click on the specific island.
There are special islands with extra resources. You cannot build anything on such islands.
Buildings
The first building, which helps you to settle the island.
You can sell surplus resources there.
After building a shipyard, you can build more ships.
Converts iron to steel (2 iron = 1 steel). More foundries produce more steel.
Increases resource production on the island by 33%.
After building the fortress, you can start building a storehouse on another island.
Ships
You can build new ships after you build a shipyard. They differ in speed, capacity and cost.
The smallest and slowest ship.
Capacity 25, cost 200.
The most used type of ship.
Capacity 50, cost 400.
The biggest ship.
Capacity 100, cost 800.
Achievements and leaderboards
During the game you can reach several achievements through Google Play Games. The total number of days spent in levels is sent to a public leaderboard, so you can compare yourself with players around the world.

Is there any way to conquer an enemy island?
No, there is not.
The AI is cheating!
No, the AI does not cheat. But it has some surplus resources at the beginning because it does not have as good tactical skills as a human player.
